Yes, Our first initial visit is free. We offer the inspection for free in order to provide an estimate. If we can assist, we will provide an estimate. If we can’t, we will try to refer to someone who can help.
No, We do not offer re-construction service. We specialize in the mold remediation and water damage mitigation part of the work. You might need general contractor or handyman for the re-construction, if demolition is part of the scope of work.
Yes. We do accept credit cards.
Yes. We work with all of the insurance companies, and can bill them directly if required.
We do not clean window sills, or sky light windows. Mold in window sills is considered as general cleaning.
We are using the Disinfectant, Fungicide, IAQ 2000, which is an EPA approved. For customers that prefer green solution, we have a different solution, such as Benefect Disinfectant.
Mold growth depend on moisture. As long as the source of the moisture is corrected, the mold will not re-grow. Our work is guaranteed as long as the the source of the water has been eliminated.
We are not a leak detection company and can not find the source of the leak. Often, as we open the walls, it becomes very obvious and we can tell the source of the leak or mold.
A typical mold remediation, sewage cleanup, and water damage jobs takes 3-4 days to complete.

Ido came by today, and after seeing our first issue he told us that our problem was too extensive for Swift to work on. Despite this, he took the time to go through the rest of the property with us to address our concerns and provide an estimate for what the work should cost. He also noticed new details that our inspectors hadn’t caught. He gave us references for remediation companies that operate at the scale that we need and answered all the questions we had about the remediation process and what we will need to do. He also told us he’d answer any further questions we had, and not to hesitate to reach out to him by phone or by email, even though he would not be doing any work for us.
All said, Ido went beyond what would have been expected of him and gave us a thorough estimation, and made himself accessible to us even though Swift was not the correct resource for our problem. We’re thankful to have had him come look at the property, and would recommend his character and service!

Michael arrived on time wearing a mask. After evaluating basement ceiling following a widespread upstairs bathroom leak, he communicated to me that we didn’t need his services and instructed me how to deal with a minor issue. I am very grateful for his honest, generous advice.

Just backing up what others have said. Ido came to our house to do a competitive bid on a remediation job. He did some moisture readings (which the other company did not do) and basically said we didn’t need his services. He suggested another course of action that made a lot of sense, and then left without collecting a dime.

Ido’s honest, professional opinion on his free visit saved me thousands of dollars. We had a mold report from a respected mold testing service that was concerning. Ido came to see about a remediation and saw no real signs of mold in the area we were worried about. He gave us suggestions of what else could have caused the original report results and what we could do before beginning any major remediation work. After these easy fixes we did ourselves, the same testing company retested with no dangerous mold detected. So even though we did not use their services, I would trust Swift with any remediation work if the need arose.

I recently had them to do some mold remediation in our basement bathroom and am very pleased with the work that they did. They go the extra mile and genuinely care about their customers and their health, no doubt! In the end, there was only mold in the carpeting (yes, someone had installed carpet in this bathroom), and I can rest easy knowing that it’s all cleaned up and there was no evidence of mold elsewhere.

I needed to have mold remediation done in a rental home I own and had no idea where to begin. I found Swift Restoration online and called. They were great – the contractor kept me updated and the tenants informed.
