We do not clean mold from window sills or skylight windows. Mold in these areas is typically considered general cleaning and not a part of our specialized mold remediation services.
Our preference is to use eco-friendly solutions like Benefect Disinfectant, a plant-based, EPA-approved product that is safe for both the environment and your family. We strive to minimize the use of chemicals as much as possible during mold remediation. However, when necessary, we may use EPA-approved solutions such as Disinfectant and Fungicide. Our approach prioritizes safety and sustainability while effectively addressing mold issues.
Yes, our work is guaranteed as long as the source of moisture has been corrected. Mold requires moisture to grow, so eliminating the water source is essential to prevent re-growth.
We are not a leak detection company and cannot guarantee identifying the source of the leak. However, during the remediation process, we often uncover the source of the water intrusion or mold growth, especially when opening walls or floors, and we’ll share our findings with you.
Most mold remediation, sewage cleanup, and water damage jobs are completed within 4 days, depending on the severity of the damage and the scope of work.

Ido came by today, and after seeing our first issue he told us that our problem was too extensive for Swift to work on. Despite this, he took the time to go through the rest of the property with us to address our concerns and provide an estimate for what the work should cost. He also noticed new details that our inspectors hadn’t caught. He gave us references for remediation companies that operate at the scale that we need and answered all the questions we had about the remediation process and what we will need to do. He also told us he’d answer any further questions we had, and not to hesitate to reach out to him by phone or by email, even though he would not be doing any work for us.
All said, Ido went beyond what would have been expected of him and gave us a thorough estimation, and made himself accessible to us even though Swift was not the correct resource for our problem. We’re thankful to have had him come look at the property, and would recommend his character and service!
Michael arrived on time wearing a mask. After evaluating basement ceiling following a widespread upstairs bathroom leak, he communicated to me that we didn’t need his services and instructed me how to deal with a minor issue. I am very grateful for his honest, generous advice.
Just backing up what others have said. Ido came to our house to do a competitive bid on a remediation job. He did some moisture readings (which the other company did not do) and basically said we didn’t need his services. He suggested another course of action that made a lot of sense, and then left without collecting a dime.

Ido’s honest, professional opinion on his free visit saved me thousands of dollars. We had a mold report from a respected mold testing service that was concerning. Ido came to see about a remediation and saw no real signs of mold in the area we were worried about. He gave us suggestions of what else could have caused the original report results and what we could do before beginning any major remediation work. After these easy fixes we did ourselves, the same testing company retested with no dangerous mold detected. So even though we did not use their services, I would trust Swift with any remediation work if the need arose.
I recently had them to do some mold remediation in our basement bathroom and am very pleased with the work that they did. They go the extra mile and genuinely care about their customers and their health, no doubt! In the end, there was only mold in the carpeting (yes, someone had installed carpet in this bathroom), and I can rest easy knowing that it’s all cleaned up and there was no evidence of mold elsewhere.
